We periodically send service teams to aid in ongoing recovery after natural disasters, in partnership with Presbyterian Disaster Assistance and locally run organizations. In 2018, we sent an intergenerational team to the Texas Gulf Coast to help rebuild homes destroyed by Hurricane Harvey. From 2005 onward, we sent over a dozen service teams to New Orleans to help clean up and rebuild after Hurricane Katrina.
