Level 2: Intermediate – Fall 2024 Enneagram Class

“This fall, Third Church will again offer three levels of classes on The Enneagram of Personality. The Enneagram is an archetypal symbol and also a body of ancient spiritual wisdom, combined with modern psychology. There will be three levels of classes.

Level Two is for those who are familiar and comfortable with your own types, and can recognize the triggers that promote your higher or lower levels of functioning. Self recognition then becomes the basis for introduction of the new elements. Spending time with your same enneagram type and different enneagram types, lead to many insights. This class can be very valuable in both personal and professional relationships. New understanding promotes mutual support and the practice of compassion toward self and others; it helps relax the defensiveness we often experience with those we love.

You will need a book for this class. It is The Wisdom of the Enneagram by Don Rio and Rus Hudson. It is easily available. Many people, including me, choose to take this class several times. The information is rich and in the beginning may seem overwhelming, until pieces of the puzzle begin to fit together.”
