Jewish Prayer for All Seasons: a Sunday Seminar series
April 21 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
In Jewish tradition, prayer has often been referred to as Service of the Heart. Can the heart find the necessary words to reflect our innermost thoughts, concerns, fears, hopes, desires and prayers at crucial moments in our lives, as well as during awe-filled seasons of the year? What does Jewish prayer reveal about the Jewish people? Please join me, Sunday May 1, 2022 as I delve into appropriate prayers designed for life-cycle events and the following week, Sunday, May 8, 2022, as I examine the magnum opus of the High Holy Days.
