About the Food Cupboard
From a modest program of handouts of peanut butter and tuna fish started 17 years ago,
Food Cupboard has grown to a full Emergency Food Cupboard affiliated with Food Link and
the cornerstone along with Dining Room Ministry of TPCís Hunger Ministries. Every Monday
and Thursday mornings 3 or 4 volunteers prepare bags of emergency grocery items and
welcome between 25 and 40 guests with coffee and a caring environment. Clients who live
in the designated zipcodes show identification and are given many basic food items and
fresh produce as available.

- When: Monday and Thursdays 9:30 - 11:45 AM
- Where: Third Presbyterian Church Celebration Center
(signs posted on Meigs St.)
- Details: Serves individuals and families who live in 14604, 14607, 14620 zip codes.
- Frequency: Once a month (with identification needed each visit)
