| Function: | Sanctuary Kneeler |
| Symbolism: | The tree, the symbol of life, branches out into myrtle, an evergreen which has been used as a symbol of love. The gold circle is for eternity, it is without beginning and without end. The fruit and flowers which hang from the tree are also symbolic; the carnations - a symbol of true love, the lemon - a symbol of fidelity in love, the peach - symbolic of a virtuous heart and tongue, and the violet - for humility. |
