Guidelines for Associate Participation

Definitions

Tour Choir Member

A tour choir member must be a regular member of the Chancel Choir for the entire choir season preceding the tour (beginning Sept. 2004) and continuing through the tour in July/August, 2005. Age limit: Must be age 16 by the time of the tour. Also note: We consider the Chancel Choir Librarian as a integral member of the choir.

Tour Associate

A tour associate is not a tour choir member (see above). They may be:

1. Family of choir member,
2. Friend / member of congregation

Guidelines

1. Associates are welcome on the tour (as long as space allows).
   
   
2. Associates below college age must be at least 12 years of age and must be accompanied by a NON-singing parent or adult guardian.
   
   
3. Tour choir members below college age must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or adult chaperone.
   
   
4. Associates and choir members are expected to follow the tour itinerary from city to city. Additional travel (before or after the planned tour) may be prearranged with the Gallery of Travel.
