Coventry Cathedral

Coventry Cathedral - the remains of the bombed-out 14th century Cathedral stand next to the modern Cathedral.


Father Forgive

The famous "Father Forgive" Altar stands in the remains of the original cathedral. The cross is formed from charred timbers found forming a cross in the rubble after the World War II bombing.


Choir at Coventry

The choir had the unique experience of performing in the Cathedral.


Altar and tapestry

A view of the modern Altar, Quire, and Graham Sutherland Tapestry.


Cross of nails

The Cross of Nails, symbol of Coventry Cathedral. In the center are 2 medieval roof nails found in the rubble of the original Cathedral.
