How is the website organized?

Our Third Church website is organized along the lines of the church itself: the committees and boards of the church are responsible for their own web pages. In turn, each committee or board has a gatekeeper who maintains its web content. Some pages are updated frequently and are shared by the gatekeepers. Some content (newsletter & calendar) is maintained by the church staff, with a little gatekeeper help.

How do I suggest....improvements, updates, or new content?
